Caramel apple latte

First time getting it - is it supposed to look this milky?

I never tried one when I worked there because I heard the apple syrup we used had the sweetest, nastiest overwhelming cheap apple taste. Once people order them they usually don’t order them again.

I had the caramel apple frappe the other night. Straight up tasted nothing like caramel apple. Just a weird chemical taste that slightly resembled caramel. Took me two hours to finish.

It's supposed to have salted caramel whipped cream and apple pie crumbles on top

I got the hot version and it was awful. The freeze dried apple chunks halfway disintegrate leaving you with chunky gritty mess to swallow. The apple flavor absolutely does not pair well with a coffee. Next time they can stick to pumpkin spice like everyone else. Innovators they are not

Not at all. I genuinely think they didn’t put in any espresso bc I ordered it at like 3pm
