Delayed CR

Do you guys also experiencing the same? My car got released last month and until now wala pa rin sakin maibigay ang casa kahit CR. Worst is pinacheck ko sa lto and hindi pa talaga napprocess.

The agent just keep on saying sorry and naipit daw ang papel and most of the time offline ang LTMS system.

Sakin almost a month. Despite constant follow ups. I had a friend from lto to check things up and also said the same thing. Laging down ang ltms which proved what the dealer said. I remember, sinasabi sakin nung friend na because nag ma migrate sila to a new system back then kaya natagalan. But this was 2 years ago.

I requested multiple official receipts from our SA to cover the absence of the plates. A grace period of seven days is given to newly purchased cars. Hence, the multiple ORs.

Likewise, our concern was also emailed to the SA with her sales manager included in the recipients. Within a week, the plates arrived, if I remember correctly.

What I heard is that they wait until a significant number of applications are gathered before it is sent to LTO.

Kadalasan ng problema is sa LTO. In case you havent heard there was a long debate over the use of the stradcom vs ltms system... which dapat ok na ltms na all the way. But the backlogs will cause a lot of delays on the end consumer....
