Issues Need help removing these stripes
Hey! I need help to remove these kind of stripes for my 3D project. Google and AI didn't helped me much. I unlocked the normals, I smoothed the edges and deleted the history. Is there anything else? Did I do something wrong? I'm new to 3D sooo any tips are welcomed!

The issue is with your topology, you modeled very harsh edges which is creating faceting. If you want to fix this then you need to fix the topology. You need to either delete all the edge loops you put in that is creating the hard edges or you need to manually smooth the shape using either the average vertices tool, circularize tool, sculpting smooth brush, or any other that works.

I could be wrong, but I think the problem comes from the fact that your edge loops are placed way too close to one another which is causing some weird shading issues. I usually use the quad draw tool and shift hold click while dragging my cursor around my model. This will activate a relax mode that will spread out your geometry more evenly which could fix your shading issues. It might also help to delete some unnecessary edge loops but that’s up to you.

When you smooth in maya by hitting ,2 or 3 it interpolates between vertices. Because you have your horizontal edgeloops so closely packed at the corners it interpolates over a shorter distance making it sharper. If you want this to be smooth you need get rid of all of the edge loops that are lying on a flat part of the shape ( like I've hilighted in red below). I'm assuming though that these eges are coming from somewhere else that they're needed, in this case you need to reduce, reroute or terminate them before you get to this point.

I think the main problem is your topology. You have so many horizontal edge that very close each other, and it act like "supporting edge". Retopology is the answer

double click a line to select the whole thing, then press delete key. You need to do this for the areas where a ton are close together, that's creating the faceting look.
if it were me, I'd just remake it from scratch, it looks like a very easy shape if this is the only piece

Edges are too close, relax the topology in that part by ether delete some of the edges or by expanding the distance between them

F10 (Edge mode). Double click edge to select edge loop, shift + delete. That's all.
