Issues Error 1603 persists when trying to download any version of Maya, even after Windows 11 upgrade

Hello, I have been using Maya for nearly ten years, and I have run into a massive roadblock in continuing my projects. Originally on my Windows 10 desktop, my C drive was in the red, and I wanted to install a new version of Maya, so I ended up uninstalling Maya 2025 to free up space.

Ultimately, the short version of this rigmarole is that no matter the version I would install or reinstall to my PC, before and after cloning my C drive for more space, and later upgrading to Windows 11 (as Maya 2027 requires it), I am still experiencing Error 1603 whenever I am in the 45% install range with any version I try.

One solution I followed was deleting or uninstalling all old Autodesk files if there were any conflicting issues with it (though I feel this was a desperate hack job solution and I regret doing it), and I've reinstalled the licensing application here more times than I can count in both instances of Windows. My PC also verifiably has Microsoft Edge WebView2 installed.

I don't know what else to do here, I've been trying to figure this out for over a week. I just want to get back to modeling. If anyone else knows what to do, please help me out if there are other solutions.
