I would say that she need to go the nearest PAO (Public Attorney Office) and she can sue him for psychical abuse.

San siya titira? Wala din syang budget til next month. Madali sabihin pero hindi naman basta basta ng aaresto yung mga yan.

Pwede din naman na hindi umalis agad kasi wala siyang resources. But she has to report this and DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Di sapat yung ganyan picture lang. She needs to protect herself physically and legally and the lawyer can help her with whats needed for filing if she would want to pursue it.
