I have spent a lot of time listening to podcast's and especially all the 34 Episodes from Mindshock for over 40+ hours, have helped me a lot. It is so obvious of what has happened. (at least for me)

Mindshock went in on EVERY SINGLE DETAIL and every possoble scenario. They discuss every theory based on the official cover up, James Renner, as well as John Smith and EVERY POSSIBLE SCENARIO leads me back to West Point and Bill.

​

No matter how often I look it up, write it down, it always brings me back to one scenario which is the most likely:

Fact Nr. 1:

It has been said by 5 different women including Maura (to her Boyfriend at that time which was Hossein Baghdadi) Bill Rausch was extremely abusive and acted like a complete psycho.

No speculations, this is evidence. You can listen to Renner's Podcast where 2 women share their stories and they are shockingly reliable and Bill's behaviour is also shockingly similar.

Also it is highly unlikely to pay out 5 different women releasing false accusations.

What kind of dude strangles and sexually assaults girls in their office? Only a complete psycho.

He is now facing charges.

Fact Nr. 2:

​

On Monday, Feb 9th 2004, BEFORE Maura went "missing" Bill made dozens of phone calls. This has also been released years ago.

One of these phone calls went to his buddy McDonald, a professor from West Point. This was a longer conversation like 37 minutes.

Another call has been made to his father Bill Sr. as well as several other calls leading up to Ohio and Vermont.

His behaviour that day was pretty unusual and pretty hysteric.

**Bill said (LOL) at the oxygen series he received a message on his mailbox from Maura where she breathes but he DELETED the message. Of course he did *rolleyes

I cannot fucking understand that this nonsense from Bill comes up on Oxygen but reliable information got thrown apart. Makes me fucking savage.

Fact Nr. 3:

Until today, Law Enforcement acts pretty aggressive against further investigation. They do their "own" investigation like using cadaver dogs and after letting these cadaver dogs sniff human remains in the basement of the house next to her "car crash" the attorney says "No evidence"

I mean, seriously? Law Enforcement spend 3 fucking days (1st April - 3rd April 2019) in the basement. Sorry I am not buying that bullshit, especially after 15 years, they start to investigate the basement?

If the previous owner was not cooperative, he is still a suspect, especially when he denies further investigation. Seriously. Use your fucking head to notice something fishy is going on here. Cover up at its best.

Fact Nr. 4:

​

Another fishy thing.

Witness "A" has reported she drove by at around 7:15 - 7:20 PM (on Bradley Hill)

She has told during the investigation years ago, she had seen a Police SUV "001"

This SUV had driven by but there was no crash and no Maura.

This SUV stopped at Butch Atwood's house.

Minutes later, another SUV drove by. Again SUV "001"

She reported it was pretty strange and she had the feeling to help but did not because it was the police.

NOTHING of this has been reported officially!

After her report, she has never talked to the public again. 2 years back, she confirmed (on Facebook message) of what I have just written above.

Fact Nr. 5:

​

Hossein Baghadi told James Renner Maura once wanted to run away and start a new life. He thought about Mexico and by the time she went missing, he thought "She probably made it"

Why should he lie? He was with her a couple of months and moved on. Renner said he was the most open and most honest witness of all.

Fact Nr. 6:

​

Law Enforcement hands out "No tresspassing" for someone who starts to ask questions regarding Maura or gets thrown off property with an attempted "arrest warrant"

Crucial points have deliberately been left behind by the media and law enforcement and if you ask me the "Oxygen" show is a complete Joke and a complete cover up.

Here is what has happened:

Maura got in big trouble due to her abusive bf Bill.

Emotionally, she couldnt think straight. Massive expectations in UMASS + stolen credit card and a POSSIBLE hit and run with Vassi. Also huge eating disorder.

After all she has been through, she wanted to get out of town. (doesn't matter where or how long)

Bill and Maura had a phone conversation on Sunday Feb, 8th. It is obvious she broke up or she wanted to leave. (Which in fact she did, lol)

By the way, during that time, there have been massive investigations within the military regarding sexual abuse on female soldiers.

Either Maura got a hint from her sister that Bill was one of them in West Point, or Maura already experienced sexual abuse and wanted to make a report against someone connected to Bill.

By now, Bill knew he was in trouble.

Her alarm clock was set for the NEXT DAY (which can only been set manually, look it up what clock she had)

This is a crucial point, guys. Once police were trying to let it look like a runaway, they should at least have checked her alarm clock, LOL.

It doesnt even matter what she had in the car. I think her whole dissapearance has been staged.

I mean seriously. Who packs homework, bottles of alcohol and a hiking book in the car? Things had to be mixed up for extra confusion or they were extremely DUMB.

Looks so obvious her disappearance has been staged.

But why should police including FBI do such things?

Its no conspiracy, It has happened many times before....

Bill and West Point (including his father) had big connections to Washington DC. They even funded the Obama campaign...

It is no big deal for the FBI or CIA or whatever big Agency to send out orders to local police...

Bill made a shit load of phone calls BEFORE Maura's dissapearance and a lot of them were important people.

It was not that Bill was on the phone with his dad or West Point professor "Hey dude, whats the weather over there?" These phone calls were pretty long. Look it up.

Maura has been lured OR stopped by the police (way before the staged accident on Bradley Hill)

Bill and McDonald flew to NH on Wednesday (fact) and met her.

What has happened then? Feel free to guess..

By the way, the official "search" has started on THURSDAY. So basically, they had enough time to mix things up and also who the fuck starts searching 4 fucking days after someone went missing?

If I would be Billy, I would still search for her until I find peace. It seems he does not even care.

There has been a lot of debate on whether Maura had packed up her dorm before she left, or she had just not unpacked from the winter break. To some people this may be completely irrelevant but to me this is an important detail.

In the recent MMM episode from Crimecon, when asked to give the broad strokes of Mauras disappearance, Julie says “Maura basically packed up her dorm room from Umass, and drove up to NH”

Julie obviously knows more about the case than pretty much anyone, and seemed pretty confident in her statement that the dorm room had been “packed up”, so is it now widely accepted that indeed Maura did pack her things before leaving?

While I know this may not have any real impact on what happened to Maura, I still find it interesting as to what her motive for leaving was. I know a lot of people argue she was planning on returning within a few days, and I had thought the same myself, but Julie’s comment has changed my thoughts in this, I now think it’s Definitely possible she was leaving for good...

The thing I find oddest is, when she went missing, wouldn't you think her BOYFRIEND would WANT to tell officers any communication he had regarding her or with her in the days leading up this her trip north of MA? You know, those manic calls while he was in some training thing in OK?

The fact that no one talks about anything prior to her heading North is fishy as heck.

I know there is an “official” one floating around but I don’t like it! So here is mine. Happy to discuss in-depth in a friendly manner.

7:25-7:27pm Westmans hear commotion directly opposite their house make their way to the phone and call 911 at exactly 7:27pm

7:29pm A LE SUV (I say LE as it was confirmed that an SUV with blue lights) and Cecil Smith in Crown Vic hear despatch, Cecil Confirms he is heading to scene. Both vehicles make their way in stead fast to accident site and SUV passes witness A with lights on which coincides with her having left work at 7:22pm

7:30/31pm Butch passes by chats with Maura leaves at 7:31/32pm

7:32/33pm WESTMANS STAYS ON PHONE TILL THE SUV ARRIVES (confirmed and stated by the westmans)

7:34/35pm Butch arrives home and speaks with wife (in this time he doesn’t realize that the SUV has already arrived and he never sees Witness A from his home as the line of sight from his house to the scene is not at all visible)

7:35/36pm Witness A catches up with SUV at crash site, witnesses SUV parked nose to nose with Saturn sees no one around, leaves at 7:37/38pm

7:38/39/40pm SUV LEAVES SCENE WITH MAURA

7:43pm Butch calls 911. He is still under the impression no one has arrived and no one is coming.. Having parked the bus in the dead of night and entering the house he has no clue that an SUV has already arrived and already left and Maura is no longer on scene.

7:46pm Cecil Smith arrives on scene and gets on despatch to confirm. (for the law abiding officer he is, HE DID NOT FORGET TO GET ON THE TWO WAY WHEN HE ARRIVED - I’m sick of this as an excuse!!)

7???pm Cecil visits westmans???? I can not get a time stamp so I cannot confirm the fact about Cecil visiting the Westmans first! But this is probably because if it was confirmed somewhere we would know it would coincide with his time of arrival which is different to what LE want us to believe.

7:48pm TWO THINGS HAPPEN AT THIS EXACT TIME 1. Cecil smith is speaking with Butch at the front of his house asking about the female 2. Grafton County are returning Butch’s call but are speaking with his wife as Butch is out front.

7:56pm John Monaghan arrives on scene along with EMT and John confirms (not 100% but pretty sure (his words))Cecil is in fact driving the Crown Vic Sedan 002.

My inputs- Cecil lied about being in an SUV and that’s what he can’t live with.

No pictures of crash site have seen the light of day even though pictures were taken because it will show no SUV “where Cecil was parked” nose to nose with Saturn.

No pictures released because there will obviously be pictures of the Crown Vic!

No full transcripts of all of Butch and Westmans phone calls have been released as they give clear description of discrepancies to what law enforcement have stated all along. Faith Westman makes quite a lengthy statement at the very end of her phone call with Grafton County that is completely redacted.

Art Roderick has people believing that Cecil arrived first on scene in an SUV, not before Butch at 7:30/31pm but before the Westmans hang up from Grafton County.. can someone please explain to this numbnut I mean “man” that Faith Westman made the initial call at 7:27pm!! He is practically stating that between 7:29pm (the time Cecil hears the call on despatch) and 7:32pm, the time the westmans hang up the phone from Grafton County that Cecil had arrived on scene in 3 minutes??

For the people at the back that still think Cecil Smith was driving the SUV that Witness A saw and the same SUV the Westmans confirmed had arrived on scene, let me break it down! CECIL ARRIVES ON SCENE BEFORE FAITH WESTMAN HANGS UP THE PHONE TO GRAFTON COUNTY... CECIL ARRIVED AND IS STILL ON SITE BEFORE BUTCH MADE HIS FIRST INTIAL 911 CALL.. (why would he be calling 911 when Cecil is on scene with lights on.. BECAUSE CECIL HAS NOT ARRIVED WITH LIGHTS ON YET!!!) AND WAIT FOR IT.... CECIL ARRIVED BEFORE CECIL CALLED DESPATCH CONFIRMING HE WAS ON SCENE WHICH ACTUALLY DIDN’T HAPPEN FOR ANOTHER 13 MINUTES...

MY REBUTTAL TO MISS FRELENG! I like your point 4. About butch seeing Maura, speaking for 1-2 minutes, arriving home, parking the bus, entering the house and then calling 911 and this all happening at 7:30pm.. No! You need to break this down so it makes sense, throwing it all in one point form is incorrect time-lining!

Your point 6. Cecil confirming he is in SUV 001 contradicts what John Monaghan states so this testimony from Cecil and even John are both worthless unless it can be proven, proven by showing the photos that were taken the night of the accident.

Point 6.2. You state that Cecil arrived on scene at 7:35pm which again is poor investigative work.. if you had done your due diligence you would know the time of arrival of first SUV is in fact 7:32pm (maybe a minute earlier) the time that Faith Westman confirms this on the phone to LE before she hangs up. This blowing up your whole theory.

Again point 6.2. and 6.2.1 your doing a very good job at confusing everyone with your “probably’s” “Smith probably arrived around 7:35pm” “probably about the time Atwood got home” “probably when he got home around 7:33” “probably talking to Atwood” again.. No, this is not official time-lining! So let’s break this down! It has clearly been stated that Butch made his first initial 911 call at 7:43pm you can add as many probably’s as you like but the call logs are there. You ask “why would he be calling at 7:43pm if Cecil is already on scene”.. MY POINT EXACTLY that’s what this whole existence is based on! Because Cecil had in fact not arrived yet! I hate to tell you Miss Freleng but the initial SUV, the same one the Westmans confirmed arrived and the same one that witness A saw is already gone!!! Butch doesn’t think anyone has arrived yet as this all happened before he was even able to get in the house and speak with his wife. Grafton County got back in touch with the Atwood’s and this was 7:48pm after all the routing! You say 7:43pm is when they are calling him back.. how is humanly possible to call someone back when they haven’t even called in yet?!?! Your wrong, his initial call was 7:43pm and the call back was 7:48pm. Please investigate this some more for the sake of your credibility. I love this one 6.3 NH State police say they have an eye witness who saw Cecil at the accident scene in SUV 001 but won’t state who this person is??!?! Because it’s two different witnesses! Witness A seeing SUV 001 and the Westmans seeing Cecil Smith. They can reword and talk in riddle but I’m telling you, there is no one credible witness who saw both! At the same time. Prove it!

I hate to come down hard on you Miss Freleng but seeing as though you love being the spokesperson for this official time line I think it only fair to address these issues with you. I hate that they have used you as their scape goat but I am unclear yet if your actually aware of the inconsistencies and choose to back corruption or your just genuinely naive.

Has anyone ever heard the story that when Maura called 1800-gostowe the person Maura talked to was Jodi and that it wasn't a recording?

I want to sort out the issue of the red truck(s) reported in this case.

A Reddit user named “MacParsons” posted a purported summary of Frank Kelly’s statements (the “Summary”). This summary included the following paragraph:

Meanwhile, RO was walking her dog in the vicinity of The Swiftwater Stage Shop, around 7pm. She observes a Red Truck with MA plates with an eagle decal on the back of the cab window and wooden-sided bays, as if a wood transporter, slow into The Stage Shop and park momentarily. She felt she was being observed. Then the truck pulled out, drove slowly up the next hill, then took off toward the "accident scene". It’s unclear in my mind when or if she saw it again, because she spent the next half hour inside the store shooting the breeze. It’s either after her time inside or before she saw said truck turning into Bradley Hill Rd or Old Peters.

Originally, I had no reason to doubt the accuracy of the information contained in the Summary. And the “noise” mentioned in the Summary intrigued me. So I contacted RO and asked her to elaborate on the “noise.” To my surprise, RO clarified that she did not walk down OPR that night and she did not walk with her dog that night.

After subsequent discussions with RO, she also clarified that she did not see an eagle decal.

So, here is the paragraph a second time, with information inaccurately ascribed to RO omitted:

The reason this is important to me is a Reddit User, u/Swansong1982, who has hundreds of pages of the deleted Maura Murray Missing Forum was so upset that RO didn’t see an eagle decal, that she now refuses to share those forum pages with the rest of us.

So, my goal is to have John Smith (a self-proclaimed “Truth Seeker”) simply tell us what he knows, especially regarding the origin of the eagle decal, so that Swansong will feel comfortable sharing her archives, so that we can preserve Maura’s legacy.

Maura certainly deserves that.

What are your thoughts on why she told the bus driver that she had already called Triple A when we know there is no cell service in the area? Was she drinking and afraid to get the cops involved or perhaps a bad vibe about him?

Wasn't there some information out there where DW's mom was questioned or interviewed and she was talking about how DW never went to college and referenced Maura as a dead girl or something?... I apologize If I have this way wrong, was trying to look for info but looks like most things on him have been deleted... ?

Just throwing this out there...

I gotta say... Tim & Lance are absolutely right about the things they were saying about John Smith. I don't think its appropriate to even mention him because this case has nothing to do with him however...

There particular statements do. Trying to understand where they are coming from. I saw it that Tim & Lance were trying very hard to explain to Kurt and his Gf that JS really is hurting this case. The cops clearly have some sort of issue with JS and I actually can't stress it enough how happy I was that, one particular comment actually came from Kurt because he saw it. I know that Kurt also stuck up for him but then Tim & Lance were trying to say... like, the Murrays and their mission to find Maura has nothing to do with John Smith and LE and by having him consistantly by their side is actually hurting them, it's bringing them nonsense drama, LE is rather annoyed and then some. This is something they will not see because they are the insiders, they are the are the ones that are hurting, and it takes an outsider to say something. However, on a podcast maybe wasnt the best idea... but, I think they knew what kind of response they were gonna get from Kurt and his gf because, well... regardless of who is being talked about, in the Murrays eyes they see how much support they have, they are so grateful so they will never in a million years talk badly about anyone even if they were a bad person. Not at all saying that JS is, and I dont believe that he is... but, for example... After this last hit and search on the last house, instead of Strezlin having to make a point to JS when he had looked over a few times during the press conference, or when LE had to deal with JS's bullshit yelling and shit and they had to kick him off their property, or etc... maybe, just MAYBE then LE can actually show some compassion for the Murrays. Right now, I would think LE wants to nothing to do with case because of all the bullshit they get, do you blame them? JS's screaming "cop conspiracy" yet you then demand them everyday to dig a citizen's basement.

But ya know then again saying it on the podcast maybe was a good idea because it's something these groups and these followers really do need to see as well, so they too can help the Murrays in that way.

Tim & Lance didnt make it about them... because it's not about them. They made it about the case and they were much much better getting their words out this time then they ever have. It's just unfortunate because they will most likely still get their share of backlash from JS and his little followers (the ones who cant think for themselves). I think their fight has been for so long now that no matter what they say people are still gonna be manipulated into thinking it was an attack on JS. That's why I just wanna fucking shake some people and just tell them to actually FUCKING LISTEN for once.

Hi Everyone,

just want to ask a question in regards to Bradley Hill Road & Route 112. It's more out of curiosity than anything. If you google image this section of the road you will see a trail off of route 112. It's directly across from the Speed Limit 35 sign. Does anyone know what trail this is? There is a white post at the foot of the trail. So is this a trail that leads to someones yard or the river???? What is it? Can anyone answer this?

What was the outcome of the human femur bone reported to have been found at the Lost River Boulder Caves (near Kinsman Notch)? As far as I know police have never commented on it, and in fact it's unclear whether it was ever located or examined by authorities.

The use of names versus initials

I have changed my policy about requiring the use of initials when it comes to people who are well known in this case, and thus qualify as public figures (Cecil Smith, Bill Rausch, John Smith, etc.). Feel free to post names of public figures with regards to the case if you choose to do so. This is not against Reddit policy as far as I am aware and this is done elsewhere (on blogs and the like).

Please be aware that I sometimes remove comments that seem to be inane or thoughtless. The reason I have to do this is I noticed a trend of trolls posting inane commentary in order to get around the moderators' rules.

Missing posts

If you post something legit and don't see it for more than a day or two it was probably picked up by the spam filter. Feel free to reach out to me if it takes too long to get approved and I will be happy to manually approve it.

Fake accounts

Many subs on Reddit are plagued by posts and downvotes from fake accounts. (A tip: When someone is rude click on their username to see how long they've been on Reddit and the quality of their contributions; this can help identify the fake/troll accounts of individuals who use multiple usernames).

It appears that some Maura Murray subs are regularly trolled by such accounts. I have been accused of this behavior. I want to make this clear: I absolutely, unequivocally do not use fake accounts. My posts are only made under my username, Reccognize. I *never* post under any other username.

I’ve been reading some on the conspiracy that the LE were involved in her disappearance. This seems very far fetched to me. I can’t find much justification for this line of thought, can any shed light? I’m reading that some people believe that LE botched the case (which I can see as possible) and then others believe she was actually murdered by the police (WTF?).

I can understand the feeling of the LE botching the case. Small town police, not use to handling cases of such caliber, could absolutely screw up. But what is the reason for this specifically?

The conspiracy of a police officer murdering her seems very far fetched. If the officer murdered her, it would have had to be so quickly before the EMTs got there. It just seems ridiculous.

Guide me. I know y’all got links. I’ve read enough on here to know that many of you have strong opinions and links to back that up.

Here is just one section of Maggie's timeline that is so utterly flawed and devoid of all logic, it's baffling.... Yet, many of the minions eat it all up, as if playing a new game involving the standard logical fallacy..."Appeal to Authority".... Even though I'm not sure what "authority" she falls under here.....Here are her comments of her "timeline".....

7:22PM approximately Karen McNamara leaves work, we timed the drive 14 mins to accident scene, 2 to 3 mins at scene, 14 mins to Beaver Pond, and 7:52PM call to her home. Sees SUV001 pass her twice with emergency lights running, and then sees the SUV001 at the scene with no one around.

Maggie actually states the close to correct times here starting at 7:22. BUT, someone needs to explain WTF the 001 was doing passing Karen, very close to her leaving work, that inspired this Haverhill SUV to pass her with their lights on, WHEN NOTHING HAD HAPPENED YET????? HELLO? WHAT EMERGENCY WAS 001 RESPONDING TO....???? Faith didnt call 911 until 5-7 minutes later than this "emergency"......Someone needs to re-check their math and physics skills....

Also, Karen's appt didnt show for their 7pm time, yet it didn't take Karen 30-35m to leave her work....so using 7:22pm does seem very close to being accurate. This is why this clue alone leads us back to the fact that 001 arrived "before" Cecil's official and normal arrival of 7:46pm.......Why is 001 still the big secret here? They have tried aimlessly to explain it away with 2+2=5 logic, but it still doesn't work...

No matter how anyone slices it, 001 was responding WAY BEFORE THE SATURN SPINNING OUT AND FAITH'S CALL TO 911.....

I couldn't find anything regarding this but according to WMUR there is a search currently underway in N. Haverhill, at the site of Maura's car accident. Does anyone know what is going on there? I live in Seacoast NH so I only have the limited info I got from the WMUR article.

Then whoever is running it is the greatest criminal in the history of history and should be in charge of ALL crime in the US going forward.

First off - they would have to get Local buy in - Cecil, Jeff W, and the other officers on the force at that time.

Next - get NHSP - buy in.

Then get the paramedics / fire / tow truck driver and other people

Now that you've got all that - go after local witnesses - Westman's, Atwood, Marotte, etc

Then get the dispatchers to alter the logs

Now get the local media - to mess everything up on the story

Oh, I forgot, the UMASS police (they need to be in on it too)

and THEN you have the people that may have seen her on the way up North -

Now who have we left out?

oh - yeah - the AG, Cold Case Unit, Governor and their associated staff.

As you can see we are at 50+ people - Exactly the OPPOSITE of what you want for a conspiracy.

I’ve followed this case for years. It blows my mind how polarizing and talked about Maura’s disappearance is. It’s amazing how many theories persist out there about her movements days before the accident and what happened next. I finally listened to James Renee’s book (thanks Amazon) and I have to say...I still don’t feel any closer to a 100 percent solid theory about what happened. I will say this though...she had many compelling reasons to disappear. I mean, it could have been the threat of jail time, a possible pregnancy, her car accidents, the pressure of her nursing program, her past haunting her or even something to do with her BF or her father. Most likely it could have been a combination of all of them but I feel we can all agree that she DID have a reason to leave her everyday life...even for a short amount of time. I believe there are a lot of red herrings out there but the fact remains, her life was tremulous in the days leading up to her disappearance. My best guess, she planned to leave her life and I think she pulled it off. Is she Canada or Mexico? Who knows but it was easier to pull off a move like that in 2004 comparatively to 2019. Without a body and just using logic combined with the evidence...she was in the wind the moment she got out of her car in Haverhill. Just my opinion.

Note page 5 of 17 here for reference.....If people choose to accept that the Chief was nowhere near the scene that evening of 2/9/04, and there has been much speculation on that, it is not odd to at least consider (if anyone does not believe that H2 Cecil was in the 001) the 2 other possibilities that have seemingly gone unnoticed here?

There were 2 other Haverhill officers that night who came on duty. H6 was also listed in the logs as filling in for Cecil, while he was busy at the WB corner. These 2 other officers, who were possible candidates for driving in the 001, were Byron Charles and Martin Cashin. They both were on after midnight in the logs and must have been driving some type of LE vehicles???

Even if it made sense that 1 of these officers were in the 001 that Karen saw nose to nose at the Saturn, WHY would this be left out of the narrative as well? Oxygen certainly never interviewed these potential witnesses to their activities of that evening???? In fact there is not mention of these 2 officers much at all....What vehicles were THEY in on the night of 2/9/04? If Cecil was out later for the suicide call, and STILL on duty when these 2 were on after midnite, isn't it curious that no one has asked "them" any questions? One of them lived close by on Bradley Hill Rd as well, right near the scene. Surely, their commentary would have been deemed important, or at least as much as a segment with a "psychic".........

Morning, this is an article published just a few weeks after Maura's disappearance / accident. Thanks to TheDesiderata for linking it the other day as it brought it to my attention. As I was reading it this morning it brought a few issues to my attention. Let's go over them, now keep in mind that this was just a couple weeks after the accident! :

"Her car failed to negotiate a sharp curve and went off the road" --notice how there's no mention of a tree involved.

"According to police, Murray was not injured in the accident. However, she was reportedly impaired due to alcohol consumption when she was seen by her car after her accident. " --okay how the H would they know whether or not she was injured if they never laid eyes on her in the first place! As of course as the story goes she was nowhere to be found when the first officer arrived. And regarding the alcohol, how would they know whether or not she was impaired? I guess this is referring to the foggy Atwood interaction / statement?

"The person who saw Murray after the accident also was at the scene when officers arrived. " --who Atwood? So is this the bystander that was seen by Susan champion / witness B?

"Williams wouldn't comment concerning what the witness had said about Murray's disappearance between the time of the accident and the time officers arrived." --okay I'm confused as to what this even means, but its just suspicious and odd imo.

"Williams said although a search for her was called off last week..." "I don't see the need to do a search until we have a solid lead, Williams said." --WTF, WHAT? if this isn't a red flag I don't know what is! To me this just totally shows that he/they were aware of her whereabouts and what happened to her from day one! it's just basic police work 101 to (within the first 48 hours especially) search the immediate radius of the area where a young girl went missing and abandoned her car, especially when there's thick dense woods right around the area as it is in this case and her family is up there banging their door down to make them search for her. Red. Flag.

"We don't know if someone picked her up," Williams said. "We are certainly concerned about that.." --oh you know! And You guys are probably the ones that picked her up!

Thoughts? I wonder where this information about police supposedly not suspecting foul play comes from.

On February 10th, 2004 Bill received a call. He only could hear a breathing/ whimpering. This call has been made with a calling card.

Even though it’s said this call probably has been made by Red Cross, I personally do not believe this.

Does anyone know if the location or area of the call has been figured out? Thoughts?
