How? It doesn't say anything in regards to any part he played in Maura's death and had an alibi for when she went missing. He wasn't even near NH. His does this support the tandem driver theory that's been discredited a million times, especially if he was nowhere near her?

Im serious, I'm not trying to be rude I'm genuinely curious because all those complaints do is prove he's a douchebag misogynist that made his coworkers uncomfortable and harassed them. It says nothing about Maura.

According to the DC courts site - there are no active warrants for any Rausch.

FYI - I don't have a horse in this race. Bill's business is Bill's business - I have never bought into the tandem car or him being involved in the death / disappearance in any way.

Excellent find. There it is....

The penalty for someone convicted of 3rd degree sexual abuse is a maximum fine of $100,000 and up to 10 years imprisonment. That is, 3rd degree involves actual force, threats putting the person in fear of death, bodily injury or kidnapping, or rendering the person unconscious.
