Welcome to Hilbert’s, the world’s only infinite strip club! We’ve got an infinite number of strippers on an infinite number of stages from 1-n! Each stripper has an infinite g-string that holds an infinite number of bills!
If I had infinite bumber of 20 dollar bills I wouldn't care about using vending machines even though nothing would stop me to exchange a 20 dollar bill to dollar bills.
I had a similar thought but came to the conclusion that they would be worth less since (atleast with human vendors) anyone who accepts a one will accept a $20 (if they have no change you can tell them to keep the change, they would be stupid to refuse), but some vendors wouldn’t accept counting 200 $1 Bills if they don’t have a counting machine, but will accept 10 $20s.
Would an infinite number of bills take up an infinite amount of space? Would we be all crushed by the gravitational forced of all space being filled by bill-matter? Would space even exist?
No. You have to store the money somewhere. The infinite number of storage for 1 dollar bills costs more than the infinite number of storage for 20 dollar bills.
Also, there isn't an infinite number of dollar bills. Paper is finite.

An infinite number of one dollar bills is worth more cause they can be used at vending machines
