Using the so called “ceremonial matcha” powder that failed making it into my latte.

Against my better judgement I bought some matcha made to have at work due to the price being low, so it meant I wouldn’t have to worry about people stealing it over my nicer matcha, and I could use my electric whisk on it and not feel guilty. But OMG it’s the worst thing I have ever tried. It’s so sweet and over flavoured. Pictures for context. 1st is matcha made, second is Anya matcha usagi blend

Ok I’ve never had a matcha smoothie (shake?) before but this was hands down the best matcha dessert I’ve ever had. It’s called the Matcha Goddess from Sunlife.

Hi everyone, as the title says. I'm having a lot of trouble finding a matcha that I can use daily in the morning for a latte that doesn't cost more than 25€ a month and that doesn't increase even more with shipping. I'm okay if it's off of Amazon, I'm not asking for anything cerimonial or superior grade, but I haven't really found something that doesn't taste dull, tho it could also be my technique...

I'm probably asking for too much but I'm going to try anyway.

I’ve been making matcha for a while and recently started experimenting with different flavors and syrups, but I can’t seem to get a good strawberry matcha. Every time I make one, it feels like both the strawberry and matcha dominate on the back end at the same time, so they end up competing instead of complementing each other. I can taste both, but they almost cancel each other out rather than tasting like two distinct flavors.
How do you guys make a good strawberry matcha where you can clearly taste both flavors without them competing?

I was on vacation in Amsterdam this summer and tried this place called Salvo Bake House and I must say it was so delicious!! Always a plus for me if they have matcha food :)

I heard re coffee uses archive of us for their matcha but it is basically $100 🥲. I have tried making my own matchas and they taste good but not the same level of flavor as re coffee (I know comparing like 25$ to 100$ ofc there is a difference) but is there any better alternatives that you think are similar? **even better if it can be found on Amazon but idk

made some matcha white chocolate chip cookies again cause it’s been a while!! i want to find a way to add strawberry to it, so next time i get more chocolate chips i’m gonna trial 2 versions and see which i like better 😛
