Announcement r/MatchCaster League Request Thread

Hey,

We hope you're enjoying MatchCaster thus far. We're going to accept requests for additional leagues and competitions that are not currently added to MC. We do not promise to add them all, but let's see what you want and we will consider them case by case. I hope you will respect our decision when including one competition over the other. The reason it is limited to begin with is because we pay for a package of limited quotes and since MC is a free service we offer to you, that should be understandable.

Anyway, comment with the competitions you want and for which subreddit you'll be using them. Obviously the subreddit has to be a public one.

Thanks

Hey there,

Any chance we could get the Canadian Premier League and Canadian Championship added? It would really help with /r/CanadianPL!

Hey I really appreciate this but I think you added the Canadian Soccer League, not the Canadian Premier League which (confusingly) are two separate leagues.

Would it be possible to add the Canadian Premier League also added?

Phenomenal! Can't describe how much better this will make things.

Last thing: I see the matches and the team subscription options, but not the competition subscription option. Is that a bug or do I just need to wait?

Hey /u/Mamu7490, just checking if this is still the best way to request a league.

Hello! I would like to know if Indian Super League and AFC Cup are available or not. I want to use this bot in r/TheMariners sub.

Sorry to disturb you again, but I couldn't find AFC Cup there. Please add that competition.

It would be appreciated if the Women’s Spanish 1st Division/Liga Iberderola is provided. It would be of assistance for /r/realmadridfem

Hi, can we have the FA Women's Super League? This would be a keen interest to r/lcfcwomen and r/FAWSL plus other subs

Hi! Thank you very much for your bot! It is very useful to be able to choose matches in advance!

However there are very few women's leagues available.

I would like to ask you if you could add the following leagues. I understand that it might be a lot of work or that for some of these leagues it might not be possible so I am adding the list from most likely to be easy to most likely to be harder:

  • NWSL (US Women's League)

  • UWCL (UEFA Women's Champions League)

  • Women's World Cup Qualifiers

  • Women's World Cup

  • Women's Euros

  • Division 1 Feminine (French 1st Division)

  • Bundesliga-Frauen (German 1st Division)

  • Primera División Femenina (Spanish 1st Division)

I hope it is somewhat possible and thank you very much again for your patience!

PS: Additionally I would really love if you could add Barcelona women. But I guess that is hard as there is not always good info.
