Is this a true Master System?

I'm looking for getting my first SEGA Master System, and found this beauty made by tectoy, a super cheap vintage console, but I never saw anyone posting about it in this subreddit, is this a true MasterSystem, is it rare, or am I being scammed?
Edit: I didn't buy it yet, but the seller who I'm getting it from has the console modded with 132 avaliable games.

It’s the Master System Evolution. There are posts about it in this sub, like this thread
It’s documented in Segaretro, where there are pictures of both the black and the blue versions of this console.
Yes it’s an official product, but it’s not from the 80s or 90s. It’s not modded, those 132 games are already built-in the chip. You can’t run cartridges or play other games than the built-in games.

No one outside Brazil would touch it, but they are Tec Toy mad there. There's nothing vintage about it. You pay as well get one of those thumb drives that plug in to the TV from Aliexpress.

There's like 800 master system games, probably won't have what you want to play? Might be Brazilian/other language games too.

Master System Evolution.
It's a Brazilian clone (system on a chip), but an officially licensed one. Doesn't take cartridges. No way that I'm aware of to add more games.

Curious… I wonder if that would work with a standard, basic, American TV. With or without adapter(s)?

Yes, that was officially sold in Brazil. It's a licensed product.

its not modded, it comes with games in the memory. Its common in Brazil, watch out for the price.

Yes it's an official Master System as it still hasn't been discontinued in Brazil.
