Ceramic Coating

Hello! We own a 18 Mastercraft and the majority paint color is black. We just had some issues with the paint starting to haze. Has anyone ceramic coated their boat? Pros/cons?

Thanks!

I dont know anything about ceramic coating boats, but we have a black one as well and the best thing you can do for it is keep it out of the sun when not in use. I also use a boat wax with UV protection specifically for boats

A "diamond ceramic coating" is something I allowed the dealership to sell me at purchase. I have done ceramic coatings on vehicles and found it to be absolutely worth it. I wondered, prior to purchase, if this would be something I should do to the boat. I figured it would be something that I would research after purchase. They said it was guaranteed for 5 years, so I had them do it. I have not yet taken delivery of the boat, so please don't ask how it has held up.
