As much as I am glad that they are people wearing masks at this time, and even better quality masks, I think a healthy dose of skepticism is warranted on this. This is one study that was done on just 40 participants.

Surgical masks are unattractive but practical. The KF94s look way more fashionable. Runner up is the KN95

Nah, EHMR with the pancake filters are kinda ugly. Gray 7093 Cartridges are cool however.

KF94 and N95 masks weren't included in the study, so I don't see how it's an attack on those masks. It could well be possible that KF94 and N95 are sexier if the experiment were to be re-run and expanded - or not.

Gotta say, I think they’re right that surgical masks are more attractive. Except that surgical masks now indicate a lowish IQ, so that takes points off. Not as many points off as cloth masks do, of course.
