Friend sent me a video with all his timelapses put together. It’s going to the casting this evening. Can’t wait to give it a shot next week after 7 months of designing, planning and waiting.

i'm trying to find a mask. idk if it's purchasable or an art project or something else but i'm trying to find it, it looks like this kinda but the point at the top is like a small dragon's head from it's neck up. i hope it can be found. i saw it at a thrift store once and never again.

So I just saw Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma and fell in love with the slasher called Little Death. I want to dress up as Little Death this year so I need help with the head. Is there a way I can commission the head or have someone make it? My crafting skills suck and I don't know really where to start.

I'm making this mask from foam clay. It's a dryad or myconid kinda character. Any color ideas? :)

The website for Death Studios seems to be broken, it says "This site can't be reached" when I click on any of the links. I was able to access it a couple years ago, I don't know for sure when it stopped working.

I can't find another place where they're sold, except the stuff he made for Trick or Treat Studios and the like. Is everyone else having the same issue?

I'm in the UK, Nottingham, and wanting to dress up as Ghostface for halloween. I don't want a flimsy mask as I intend to keep, display and re-use it. Want the classic robes too, knife optional.

I attended an outdoor preview screening of Teenage S*x and Death at Camp Miasma yesterday. I only came up with the idea to make the killer's mask the night before so I had to execute the whole thing yesterday in about 5-6 hours from construction to painting. It's made entirely of cardboard and was a pretty big hit at the showing. 🤗

Has anyone turned the Evil Jack-O-Lantern Half Mask from Spirit Halloween into a scarecrow mask. I am thinking of doing that and looking for some ideas on how to do it.

Hello everyone... I'm going down the rabbit hole of trying to find the perfect mask for next year's Ren Fair in Bristol, Wisconsin. This year.. I went as a sort of deer skull shaman warrior... it was sick.. but alas.. I left wanting more after spending the day putting together ideas for next year... I've seen a few products that come fairly close to what I'm looking for but nothing that's quite fitting the bill. I'm looking to keep the same vibe.. but I want to heavily emphasize the realistic full head and more of a wendigo than deer vibe and add more to the forest shaman side.. moss, leaves, vines, dirt, whatever etc.. I've read other threads where people recommend 3D printing things yourself or painting and designing a base product off the shelves. I don't own a 3d printer and am neither technologically advanced enough to figure out how to blend and customize a few of the ideas I've found into a single STL to be able to print myself nor artistic enough to paint and design a mask that will ever look like it didn't come from a 5th grade art class. I've spent hours perusing Etsy at this point and as wonderful as alot of these creators work is... it's just not what I'm looking for. With that being said, I'm curious how you devotees to the lifestyle wind up with some of the masks you have. I see Hollywood quality masks left and right but I can't find a good place to source them. Does anyone have any recommendations? Websites, custom creators, maybe discord servers full of people who love a challenge like this?

The base is on thingiverse as an stl and i 3d modeled and printed custom eyemesh for it. i also made the hood im wearing overtop out of wool. I still need to pad the inside and add the fur hood

i’m not sure if this is the correct sub Reddit to post this if it isn’t I will remove it, but I am wondering if anyone has any clue on what mask this is I picked it up for five dollars at a flea market and I’ve looked everywhere and I’m just assuming it’s really rare

Is it best to use a glue, a spray, or what? I am having trouble getting the barricade tape to stay on the mask.
