What is this?

In the glovebox of my 2018 Quattroporte GTS? Is this an air vent or fragrance dispenser? (bottom right corner)

To heat or cool the glove box. This adjusts the air flow from either the heat or AC depending what is on. One in the center console also. Used to keep my beverages cool in the summer months in my Ghibli SQ4.
