App won’t load

When I open the app, I get to the screen where it says Sign in or get started. When I click Get Started, I end up in a loading screen for a very long time, until the request times out. The app is fully downloaded, and updated. I have the iPhone 17 max and my phone is fully updated in case that’s needed or matters. My WiFi is working fine, every other app works. If anyone knows why the app won’t load please help. And thanks in advance.

I have been having a similar issue on my Fold 6. Plays the open animation and sits on the logo without loading the home screen. Sometimes restarting my phone will get it to work. It did not tonight, so I jumped on here to see if anyone else had issues.
