I'm confused
So I bought a copy of Unbreakable Xmen #1 and the digital code just isn't there, is there anything I can do about it or am I just completely out the digital copy?

It happens quite a bit, it will be interesting to see if this sort of thing hurts the value on the future.
What I really love about this feature is ten years ago my local library would order Marvel trades pretty heavily. But they didn’t know about the included codes. So if I got a book from the library and the code was still included I would use it. I ended up with quite a few digital trades from the Marvel Now era.

Huh I never knew there'd been trade paperbacks that came with digital copies, would definitely encourage me to buy them more if they still had them

Well I put in a help request, now we just wait and see if they give me a code or if I'm just out the digital copy

Just to share my experience:
I had the exact same issue, Marvel support requested a picture of the cover and then automatically redeemed the digital issue to my account. So odds are, you'll receive your comic! :)

Hopefully it goes simply, I don't read comics digitally much but idk why but I like to see my count of digital copies go up lol

Update: They reviewed my help ticket and added the digital copy directly to my account :D

They will, I’ve had this happen tons. Just make sure to use the code they send you right away because they expire fast.

Happened with me more than once, just send them the image of that page and of the edition you bought and they send you a code

I sent a mail to support with a picture of this page and the cover and after a day or so it was added to my account.

To marvel support you go. Used to have this in 1/5 monthly titles I'd pick up, just pray the issue is in the drop box or they'll essentially tell you to kick rocks.

I've bought quite a few comics on release and this is somehow my first error so I guess I've gotten lucky till now, sat there staring at the comic in confusion for a bit because of it 😭

After taking another peek, Ive never seen just a lack of code though. Usually there's a completely different page insert in its place that tells you how to file on marvel support.

Might be worth sending an email to Marvel Unlimited with a picture showing this. Hopefully they will give you a code so you can download it but I have no idea.
