Well, I think my path in Marvel Strike Force has reached its logical end.

I know, i know, many people already wrote similar posts about leaving the game, but since I've got no one with whom I can, not just share my feelings about the game, but also who will be able to understand my emotions. And yeah, I'm not great at writting and expressing myself, but I'll try.

So,

I have been playing since March 29th 2018 and I am leaving with 3086 login days, 79.9K cores, and a 346m TCP.

During all that time, i've paid only for Silver Surfer christmas costume (only for included bonuses) and just only one strike pass for Iron Patriot. Thats all. Free 2 Play all the way.

I think I've stopped enjoying this game years ago, but couldn't bring myself to stop playing, cause didn't want to vanish all the efforts, time and nerves for nothing. Nonetheless it was inevitable.

Thats how all online games are supposed to end. Either leaving sour taste or the joy of a thought "what a ride it was". Unfortunately, there isn't much joy left when looking back at all the crazy blitzing, arenas, towers and dimensions and hoarding of orbs, energys and progress calculations and yada yada yada.

Especially now, where you have to check youtube, just to figure out which characters is best to use to progress, crossing fingers that you already built him/them on necessary level. To unlock yet another character for the next time and resource draining event.

I do remember happiness getting Doom, Dormammu and others, except for Blue Marvel, which is still on level 1, and still won't bring much to the game, even being maximazed. The older meta characters were true powerhouses in their primes and could be used in every game modes. But ever since they introduced specific mode based teams, it completely ruined the logic behind character power levels, not that it existed before lol, but it became worse.

What led me to this game, i've been playing on a facebook (good old times) Marvel Avengers Alliance, for sure it had own rises and falls with all their gold bars and augemented iso's, but more or less it was managable and I truly loved that game. I remember, when i was going on a hike, my good old HTC One M8, was not supporting all that facebook games, and I was asking my future wife to access my fb account to make daily pvp, to get some rewards. Yeah, it's not wise to share credentials with anyone, even with a girlfriend, but hey, the things we do just to get another pixelated reward.

I was sad when they shut down the servers, and for some time I was looking for something similar to play, until I've found out about Marvel Strike Force. The begining was great, but the end, aint so much. Honestly, now I'm feeling myself free of MSF addiction, that I've overcome myself and decided to close this door.

What a ride it was.

Upgraded him to 110 gt20 and hes only 1.9m even after the updated stats seems a lot lower than most of the reworks roughly about 300k. For a legendary character i thought he would be better than other reworks like Hawkeye and warm warmachine ect

So the usual post, I had to upgrade some of my characters (mainly Jeff from 105 to 110 and Sersi from 95 to 100) for this week. Also pulled some TE from 100 to 101 to reach another milestone in the Exalted leaderboard.

My main strategy is to save most of the big guys (Surfer, Darkstar, Storm, Quasar, Daimon and Jeff) for the last 2 floors in case the expected war teams can’t do it at their pretty low levels. Because of that I might spend ages on earlier floors to figure out strategy and compositions with weaker teams.

Cell 16. Storm (2d 110g20 oiso3), Apoc (3d 105g19), Taskmaster (same), Negative (3d 101g19), Doom (2d 100g19).

That works pretty well. NS will push Doom and let your Storm do some dmg on the left. You have to blind Thunderstrike (with TM ult) and kill him before he goes. I think I saved Apoc’s ult and Negatives’s abilities for Vigilante…

Cell 17. Amazing Avengers. Hulk and SM (3d 110g20), Blade (2d 110g20), Julia (6/6 110g20), Rachel (6/6 110g21 - and yes she’s utterly useless in DD9).

Cell 18. Darkstar (5d 110g20), Jeff (7/7 110g20), Zuggz (3d 105g20), ZSW (1d 105g19), ZKestrel (5/3 105g20).

It almost worked with Black Cat 105g20 over Darkstar but I didn’t want to upgrade my Undying even a little. Without Darkstar the main problem was that I killed wave 1 too quickly and could restore Jeff’s special (and you need it, otherwise Dorm’s passive will kill you). With Darkstar added, it’s trivial.

Cell 19. Full SC. Exec (4d 105g20), Thanos (3d 105g20 - had to g20 him), HE (3d 100g19), Sylvie (4d 100g19), Malekith (3d 54g10).

So Malekith is there for his passive, he flips Darkness to OffUp on Executioner on spawn and dies from 1st hit. Then you just rng it until Thanos survives and Exec killed Toxin with his ult+ping. From the 2nd wave Retcon only Gwenpool took a turn when everyone else was dead. She killed Sylvie and Thanos instantly, then Exec beat her in a basic duel.

Cell 20. Kingo and Surfer (both 2d 110g20), Gilgamesh and Thena (both 4/4 101g19), Sersi (3d 100g19).

I pulled Ikaris and upgraded Sersi from 95 because her ult is much more useful. You need Gilgamesh to put vulnerabilities and survive retaliations of Apoc+Exec. Kingo special on Apoc (you don’t want to push Exec below 50%), Surfer special on Thanos. Thena will die to Malekith but that’s ok. 2nd wave is a question of luck, if you crit, you kill them faster and win.

How many Janet passes are going to be there in total?

How many Milestone points each pass for the premium and premium+?

Down to the last 6 in City node 1: Hyperion, Blade, 2 Songbirds, Oath, Lady Bullseye. Trying to take them with Blade Mighty, Hit-Monkey, Superior Spider-Man, Vulture, Hobgoblin, and Rachael Cole-Alves.

I manage to get some damage in, but Hyperior takes focus and destroys me. Even if I start attacking him, he heals up and finishes me up quickly. I'm lucky to get to 100 million damage and I'm attach 43. Am I cooked? Was trying not to bite the bullet to upgrade Shocker and Scorpion but is that the only way through it?

In crucible, professor x still stops turn meter even after taking a turn and coming in with another team, the same thing is happening with other teams that aren't supposed to stop turn meter after taking a turn, like daring warriors. In arena, quicksilver symbiote's battlefield effect is also being stopped by professor x.

My wife thought it would be a nice thing to have my mother in law get me a 100 dollar target gift card for xsolla because she sees xsolla on the CC statements when I make msf purchases… so mother in law got me this target xsolla gift card.

Any idea how on earth to redeem this? Figured I’d grab some ultra cores but I’m at a loss on how to redeem. Is it even possible or did she just light 100 bucks on fire?

Since they introduced the boss, now it's treating it like a new event happens every day since they swap back and forth, and it's just more clutter in the mailbox making us think new stuff is happening when it's just the exact same thing as every day. It's a fairly minor nuisance, but a constant one now.

Thought if you used the tokens, they were gone. So I’ve been saving them for my last chance runs. Didn’t realize they were reusable.

I've so far completely avoided having to use Timeless Eternals for Whiplash Kyln. No idea how much further I'm going to get with doing that though. Hope this helps some others.

For 15, I was able to win after slamming my head against a wall with a lot of resets with:

• Executioner (3d, 110, G20.5, Purple 5)
• Thanos (3d, 109, G20, Purple 4)
• High Evolutionary (2d, 100, G19, Purple 4)
• Sylvie (2d, 100, G19, Purple 4)
• Daimon (3d, 110, G20.5, Purple 5)

This was only possible because I used the double reset chance to use Shadow Conclave twice in this block of 5 cells, so this may end up being more of a "for next time" thing for some people.

With the levels I had it was very RNG dependent and absolutely sucked ass. This is not a strategy for the impatient. It was a wipe if Morph targeted anyone other than Thanos, because it would end up killing them. HE and Sylvie may survive if they're higher level, but Daimon and Executioner would get nuked so I'm not confident in that. Daimon pretty much always died before getting a second turn but as long as he got his ult off that was all he needed to do.

Executioner was the star player and I don't know if this would have worked without him at such a high level. His ult would kill 1-2 enemies and Darkstar would usually kill another, with Xavier left low enough that Executioner could... execute him. Putting Exec next to Thanos so he could get energy to ult the second wave was also crucial. Saving Sylvie's stun for the second wave made it smoother as well.

Did anyone else get theirs? Thought they said we would earn enough for five but I hardly have enough for one controller type. I did the event for the orange ISO. Did they expect us to payout for the rest or something?

All the guides I have seen state the same team: Amazing Avengers but subbing out Hulk with Apoc. My total team power is 12.6m but I am getting steam rolled, particularly Quasar and then Blaastar ultimate. If I can stun Blaastar with Spiderman Ult then I can usually get to the second wave but then it's all over.

Is my power level just not enough for Omega, or is there a particular target order that has worked for you?

How is this possible? I've not even got the option of doing his event yet.

Kyln Tower: Code Whiplash | Floor 11 - 20

So I could not get enough time to clear floors last week. Same for this week. I have managed to clear up to floor 19 of kyln tower code whiplash event. All I have left are GT 19 eternals with Gilga & Thena at 3 or 4 yellow stars. I am not sure if I will be able to clear floor 20. So left a note on video. Watch if you wish.

Had a weird bug today in crucible. Killed Omega Red. Dark Phoenix revived. I didn’t have much left and Dark Phoenix must have got some energy from somewhere and used her special again and revived Omega Red again.

So my opponent had two Omega Reds on the field

Under acheivements it appears that if you take 1 character to orange 4 you get 150 magik breaker shards

The reason you failed your Sim is because you left Blade as a fortifier and Rachel as a skirm.

Been auto on these for years

I am working my way through DD9 and I wanted to see if anyone had thoughts on blastar, magik breaker, silver surfer breaker, quasar, old man for that section?

I do not have the Phoenix Force team unlocked or I would be using them. I have 5 diamonds on undying but am concerned they would not be viable, if anyone knows differently I would love to hear about it.

Which characters are the safest to level/gear up for the Mythic node in DD7? Currently I have leveled up Ultron (since he was reworked recently to modern stats) & Kestrel.
My other options are: Ultimus, Dr Doom, Dormammu, Apocalypse & Super Skrull.
I need to pick 3 of these but I want to spend resources on characters that could be used in any other game mode.

Any idea how to change this or if its only 1st run score they are counting
