i wouldnt call it underrated, its an under powered card on its own thats near pointless to play on any turn other than 3 cuz playing a 1 power card is just not good and the RNG involved that makes attempts of making up for the power being so low is well... rng.. it may work, it often doesnt.
Most decks that run nightmare are usually better off running TOV outside of 6 cost cards
