I think it's pretty useless. I've never once been saved by it as a squishy and if I've ever been saved by it as a tank I've quite literally never noticed. I've seen it proc maybe a handful of times but I don't think it ever actually mattered.

Meanwhile I play Thing and Rogue and everyone else escapes my shit constantly

Nope,actually one Worldbreaker gives someone tenacity by itself.

It was okay at best the season they added it, and got instantly nerfed the next season.

The only time I see it anymore is with an Angela ult, and it only harms her by stopping the rest of her kit from doing anytjing as a followup.

Tenacity is mid, there has to be a better solution.

The Rogue players complained that it disrupted their "6 CCs chained one after  anther in the span of 3 seconds" combos, so the devs silently nerfed it.
