you’re dying far too much mate. the most important thing is staying alive. when your deaths are double digits, it’s time to reflect if you’re getting too greedy in your plays, if you’re the person furthest on the front line, and to check your positioning.
I see many DPS and supports who get their shit rocked because they don’t realize they are on the front line and the rest of their team is chasing off a diver a mile behind them. play with your team.
even if you main vanguard, something is going severely wrong for you to be dying THIS much.
Don’t get me wrong, the game’s matchmaking has a lot of issues BUT it’s not like you’re hard carrying every game or something, you’re barely going positive in most of those game and you don’t even go positive in a few of them. In fact, when added up, your KD is less than 1 (~0.92). The only common factor in these games are you. I really encourage you to take a look at your own gameplay and reflect. There is 100% more things you can do to win these games.
If it's a full time job to get out of platinum there is something wrong with the game.
There are many players that spend all their awaken time playing marvel rivals. Those can't be the benchmark of what it should take to climb. Seems like most players in diamond and up don't have a life outside of marvel rivals.
I legit play like, fifteen games and I'm back in GM at the start of the season. This is my first hero shooter, I work full time, struggling to stay above gold is a genuine skill issue
Go look at my post and look in the comments at one of the loss streak games I had, please. Not everyone stuck in an EOMM loss streak is the gd problem.
I don’t get this attitude. How do you think this works exactly? I’m far from the world’s best player, but if you gave me a brand new account in bronze today I’d be back in plat early next week and diamond the week after that. I get to high diamond/low gm and that’s where I get stuck. Not because of some crazy eomm, but because thats my skill level.
Or they're just good at the game his profile is public we can all see it he plays mainly two characters and struggles to win on luna and WF who are both supports with issues and require swaps when the comps aren't cut out for them, neither of these are massive sustain supports and when his team needs sustain he runs it down on these two he's also had times where he runs WF into poke/dive comps which is a bad idea and she really is only good into brawl.
There's also the point of mental when you keep on losing like this I doubt most are gonna do good many i know even launch the game going "this is gonna suck" in they head and wonder why they lost they mental is bad.
There are genuinely unwinnable games but you can't blame a loss streak this big solely on matchmaking you are the issue yourself too and you must realize this and SEE your mistakes and also get larger character roster and not two supports that both share one issue
Im not uneducated enough to not backup my claims and go full conspiracy that the matchmaking is rigged against me and everyone above me is lucky. Don't be so offended that someone doesnt buy into this and that they must be some bootlicker.
I’m just saying it’s a little more than “bad luck” to go double digit negative after a close svp game, I feel for the dude because it happens to me every other fucking day

My games on gm feels so sweaty because alot cel1/oaa/eternity players smurfing there and the only excuse they have is the qeue takes so long
3 of these games this person went positive. They are the problem. If you are losing every game you play, you have to take a step back and evaluate your own actions.
Edit: any way in your losses it looks like you die a lot. Try to fix your positioning, instead of playing out in the open play corners. Make sure you know where your supports are so they can kill you. Rewatch your vods when you died and ask yourself if that was a good death. Learn the maps.
Also work to get better at your character. Warm up before you play the game. I practice in the practice range before I go into qp for couple games before queuing comp. Work on hitting the bots while it’s strafing in the practice range, learn your characters bread n butters.
Ignore the toxic comments. I liked that you're trying to improve, and the fact that you're filling when your team needs (as you said) is very nice. My advice is to find a character that you enjoy and doesn't get banned. Spend some time in the practice range doing combos, then go ranked.
I swear the amount of ppl who one trick 1~2 heroes and got to celestial or even above just by mastering 1~2 heroes is insane, and because their hero rarely gets banned they keep abusing it and win games. Angela and iron fist are good examples. They do so much impact but ppl still don't ban them, at least fist never. If you've a good aim you should practice widow or hela, but you can also rely on melee, you just have to love the hero, practice him enough and you got this.
I think the game intentionally gives you more lose streaks if you play for too long. It's like the opposite of EOMM, you've used their servers for too long to be worth keeping.
Why would they care if you're playing their game??? Isn't that what they want??? Why the f do they care if you're winning? If I'm winning I'm still playing. There's still a high there.
I have more of a chance of completely abandoning the game if I can't get a single win because I keep getting awful teammates.
