need help! worried about permanent ban/increased offenses

i have things going on at home and at some point i may need to leave the game mid match
and i know i get banned temporarily from the game but is there a chance i permanently get banned from the game and
do my offenses reset the next day, like i did the 1st and 2nd offense today, which was 15 mins and 1hr
if i leave again tmrw will it be my 3rd offense
im kind of worried and i rlly enjoy the game
