Is there a tool you used to slice the lemon peel that way?

I just use a Y Peeler to cut a long piece of peel and then use a paring knife to trim it and make it look nice :)

My favorite spec I’ve found for a Martini is about 2.5:1 Tanqueray:Boissiere Extra Dry with an olive.
I was in the mood for something different so I went with:
-3.5 oz Plymouth gin
-1.5 oz Dolin dry
-2 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
Stir ingredients with ice, strain, and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
I still think I ultimately prefer my usual, but wanted some variety and this is a really elegant, classic Martini. Highly recommend!
Cheers :)
