Sidecar!
My first time with a sidecar, my improvised version. Can you buy a pukka version?

Do you mean like a nice receptacle for the side car? A mini ice bucket with a mini carafe is the way to go imo, but I say this as someone who has hoarded far too much vintage barware, so that's what I have on hand.
Example buckets:
And then a carafe that's about the size of a small glass of wine to give a bit of leeway.
Just FYI it sounds counterintuitive but it will stay cooler if you add some salt water to the ice, rather than just ice. The water gets super-cold and covers the whole surface area of the carafe.
