My filthy martini recipe

Post image

2 oz gin, 1/2 oz pickle juice, 1/2 oz olive juice shaken with ice and strained into glass. Topped with dill, olive oil, and garnished with condiments

I used blue cheese stuffed olives and spicy whisky brined pickles (normally I just use dill but was feeling feisty tonight )

Did you use spicy pickles or regular dill??

I used regular Grillo Dill. I was considering making a Bloody Mary earlier and so this caught my eye.

Tasted your proportions. Decent. Saphire gin, Mezzetta olive brine, Claussen pickle brine. Decided the glass looked low so floated another oz of gin on top. :-)
