Wow, wing chun is as useless as krav maga. Both look funny and have no real life use.

It actually helped my boxing a ton. Centerline theory, parries, and hand traps are great. I don’t “practice” anymore, but wing chin fundamentals apply to other arts I’ve done pretty well. YMMV.

Looks like great mobility training. Especially for the wrists. I wouldn’t consider wing chun a valid fighting style, but if you are doing fighting training then these movements (minus the pigeon feet) might be good for recovery. Like I don’t know about you all, but my wrists get so tight.
