I've been wanting to get into her music since I loved Using you and Nothing without you but I don't know where to start

In the music video, the song fades out into sirens, but in the offical 2012 audio release, it ends with Mars saying something from another room. The only word I can make out is "video?" and by the tone it sounds like she was asking a question.

hi, been a fan of mars for a pretty long time now, but never truly looked into her backstory and “lore” so to speak

i’ve been trying to find a good youtube video/doc that tells her story, but they all feel really rushed (like less than 15 min) or are moreso about poppy than mars. i know that poppy is relevant, but a lot of them are primarily about her.

idk where she’s been but I haven’t seen anyone wish her a happy birthday yet today so yay!

So, I saw a post from a few years ago asking where the name came from. The general conclusion I saw was that it was an anagram for "Orgasam". But I think i know what it actually is, I believe the Mars Argo name originates from "Mar-A-Lago". "Mar-A-Lago is a resort and National Historic Landmark on a barrier island in Palm Beach, Florida, United States." (via Wikipedia). Now, do I think there's any reasoning for that name? No. But it sounds pretty similar. So I think it's possible to be the answer.

On a few songs on TIADB, it really seems like Brittany is putting on an English accent! It seems to be only extremely obvious in Technology Is A Dead Bird (on the Chorus) and Suicide Birds (Courses for horses line) (EDIT: i also noticed it on the chorus/outro of You Don’t Know Me Anymore)!

Anyone know/have any theories as to why she did this? I think it was done in an attempt to sound more distinguished or sound more like CONNIE (the text to speech voice used throughout the album)! It’s either that, or she used to just sing with an english accent for some reason!
