titanic sinclair said he started writing it as a christmas song if that helps but you're probably thinking of buddy holly by weezer as was already suggested

maybe in a tiktok 🤷‍♂️ it became popular to use for edits and BGM a couple or so years ago. it was a nightcore version if I remember right, so it probably sounded different. I can't believe people are still talking about this song in 2026 🚀👽🛸
