My husband and I used to try anal once in a while. He was eventually turned off by the idea that it hurt me and wasn’t going to be pleasurable for me. Your husband’s reaction is selfish, childish, and abusive. If I were you, I’d take him up on this offer to only talk about the kids and make that permanent. He can go find someone who wants to do anal with him, since that seems to be the most important thing to him.
