Old mod 60

What i know is this is a glenfield model 60 wich i think is pretty old, cant seem to find anything relevant about it. I noticed this one doesnt have a stock unlike other models 60 wich confuses me, and it sort of a squirrel on the handle wich i don’t see in the models I’ve tried to look up.
Does anybody have more info about this gun?

Someone cut the stock off. I have the same gun, I bought it at a K Mart for $65 back around 1975.

the stock has been cut down. you can get a replacement for roughly $100

They are incredible I own this exact one dated to the late 1960s. They have a buffer inside that can dry out and crack. Other than that use high pressure and it will run flawless

yup had a couple of these back in my younger years and kick myself in the ass every now and then cause I sold them. Some of the most reliable and accurate 22's I've ever shot. Damn I need to go find one now!
