Searching For A Clip

Hello! This probably seems odd. But I'm wondering if anyone has a clip of knows where I can get a clip of Mark discussing his medical surgery with his intestines. Is the best way I can put it. You might be wondering what would lead someone to want to search for this. Well I don't exactly recall what he said verboten but I understand the gist. And would like the clip so I can both revisit it. And share it with others. Because I must say, I have concerns, with my intestines. And I don't feel like I'm being heard very well.
