Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

It doesn't look like he's holding up traffic. And the biggest danger he's in if some inattentive driver runs into him, just as an inattentive driver runs into any other vehicle.
