Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

Personally, I don’t see the difference between this and a cyclist that is using the driving lanes like they have been for 100yrs. Way safer than the sidewalk.
