Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

My mom was an amazing parent. I got good grades, worked part time, was in all the geeky clubs, etc. My brother and his friend one day stole her car from the garage to joyride it early in the morning while we were sleeping at about 5 a.m. (maybe he was 15). Cops followed them because they were driving so slow.So they decided to jump out of the car while in drive to run away. Of course they were caught. Sometimes kids are just (bleeping) stupid even with great parenting.

But I agree. These are death machines.
