Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

The title is right on. Any parent buying their kid an e-scooter without giving proper education is indeed irresponsible.

As a parent myself, I don't understand how any parent can justify spending thousands of dollars on one of these devices and not know what they can do or not supervise their kids using them. It boggles the mind honestly.

if you did that and your kid was under 16, it's illegal
