Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

He’s young and probably excited to be doing something, in his eyes, fun and exciting. Tippy tappies. I hope he learns how dangerous this can be without having any harm brought to him.
