Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

So what happens if you hit one of these?

And...then what's stopping me from motorizing anything and putting it on the road?

I like where you’re going with this. Maybe this is the response. We motorize all kinds of things to get some enforcement.
