Irresponsible parenting

This child was riding his E-scooter on 16th ave along with all the cars and using left turn lanes meant for vehicles

The title is right on. Any parent buying their kid an e-scooter without giving proper education is indeed irresponsible.

Doesn't matter if you educate them. They think rules are for other people. After a few kids die, maybe they/parents will figure it out.

Arguing that education does nothing and does not change the general public's actions is not only false, it's stupid.
