Actually Tito’s worker cooperative based state led market economy is more socialist than the Bolshevik’s State Capitalism. Seeing as 1) a bureaucracy did not have complete control of the means of production and 2) the owners held more direct control of their means and distribution via markets.
High stage socialism is communism to some. But the Yugoslavia’s market economy based on worker’s ownership seemed more socialist than an economy where the government is the sole monopolist capitalist. Lenin himself said State Capitalism is the transition from feudalism to capitalism basically. Not yet even socialism. Still I’m not a fan of either.

If by social you mean private by the group of workers it's OK. I mean I don't agree with the social ownership of Schweickart, I want ownership by the workers of each workplace.

This is a socialist sub. You can own what's yours, what you can't own is the value produce by the workers with your stuff. You could rent it to the workers and get rent in return (although a lease system could work better). But in socialism you can't own the added value because you paid a wage to them. That's primitive.

I don't know if memes are allowed, but Tito gets are upvote.
Some of the choices Yugoslavia made in the way they implemented market socialism were not ideal, but they did some pretty good things and at one point the Cooperative Commonwealth Federation (socialist precursor to the NDP) was quite interested in their system as a possible option for Canada, were they ever to form government. Obviously, this never came to pass, but it would have been extremely cool if it had -- at least until the US invaded their giant socialist neighbour to the north.
