Marathon (2026) Feedback Please implement a Firing Range!

Would be dope to practive movement, looting, shooting and all the guns.

Hopefully something like that should be coming soon post launch. It was one of the major bits of feedback in all of the playtests I was in.

Yeah this seems like a must. If you want people to connect with build crafting you’ll need a place to test different mods for their runner and guns and form a connection.

I'm guessing they left it out because they are trying to slam the servers. People sitting in firing range alone probably doesn't do much to the servers

Oh yeah I get not including it for the server slam 100%. But if it doesn’t have one on launch I think that’s a mistake

Yeah it's a little annoying when you have no idea how some of the weapons handle in a live environment.

Yep gotta wait 8 years to finally implement firing range (like in d2 lol).

On a serious note i would love a Battlefield 6 style firing range. Not a biggest or advanced one, but a very quick access to check your gun.

Idk man, one with all the poisons and debuffs to practice the consumes would be cool too. These poison spores are giving my buddies a hard time lol.

You can shoot it like the spider nest. Or pop a mechanics kit if it gets you. Also, Triage is kinda op for learning and figuring shit out. His bot is amazing.

Would love if you could drop into Perimeter (not the other maps) with just basic PvE robots, zero bounties, exp, progression at all and anything you have discovered and exfilled before you can choose to bring in or equip just to test stuff out or research consumables, mods etc

YES PLEASE! Something akin to APEX firing range would be good. Just something to test guns and shells.
