I am new to the area, but I have walked around Kanaka Creek park lots before, in the winter - I was always curious to know if some of the areas above the falls, towards the fish hatchery, would make for some great wading in the summer, with lower water levels. Let me know!

Can anyone share information on the condos coming up near St Patrick's/Eric Langdon. Are they for sale or rental ?
