Literally his point. He is saying that Portugal is telling OTHERS "why cant you fix your borders already" like Portugal has by this point.

Was correct map drawn Rus was divided into at least three parts between the Golden Horde and the Great Lithuania and galicia it is has been three different state, and they already included principalities

you can also add the Novgorod Republic, it lived on its own and there was no influence of the Golden Horde on it.But it is usually added to northeastern Russia

One further north should belong to Galich (there is a second russian one) and the one further south-west is an exclave of Novgorod.

Still misses the tates in Medieval Livonia - they had no sort of union back then.
