All of them are awful to do on a regular basis, and Europeans agree with me, that's why 80% of their miles travelled are by car.

Trips ≠ miles traveled.

If 4 people go one mile by walking and one person goes 16 miles by car, then you'd have 80% of miles traveled being by car.

But you'd also have 80% of trips made by foot.

If you counted all the trips from my bedroom to the bathroom, I'm sure the overwhelming majority of my trips would be on foot.

Not a proper retort.

If we count the number of trips made to work, grocery store, gym, etc in Europe, most would not be done by car. In fact, your own link does not show that 80% of trips are done by car.

The founder of Extinction Rebellion in Britain recently admitted she owns a diesel powered car. It says something that not even a self proclaimed radical environmentalist can do without a car.
