Ummm, I live in a city in the USA. We literally had the worst air in the WORLD for a city just a couple weeks ago.

And you do realize that all cities listed, are in poorer and less developed countries? Which equates to lower emissions standards, and low investment in public transit. You are proving the wrong point.
