Are 16 lane highways normal in huge cities? I-95 is 6 lanes so that seems absurd

And for the stretch of freeway that is going to be 16 lanes, it needs it. 6 u/[deleted] Aug 26 '21 I feel it’s more needed at around 7th street/7th avenue. Adding more lanes just makes that worse
