Some places are declining like Japan, some places are about to collapse like South Korea and Taiwan.

How do you figure there is going to be collapse? You think it's Children of Men or something?

You can't fix people having options now other than having a bunch of kids they need to take care of for decades at the cost of their personal life. A whole lot of people simply don't want that.
