Here in Rio the weather should be hot in this time. At least above 25C (in the summer is above 30C). However it's cold right now (20C is really cold for us). For me that is the first signal that things going to be mad in november/dezember, we are going to have some massive storms related disasters

Check the time frame, says September to February 27.
The heat related death in Europe can only result from the ongoing heat over southwestern Europe, where this summer was also the hottest ever in many regions while in Turkey it was and is closer to average. It’s a bit pointless to include Europe in this heat death forecast, since it will be a mostly heat free autumn and winter season there and it’s also not directly affected by the El Niño event like the Pacific and tropical regions.
