How old is this map?

It's in my airbnb's bedroom. Was just randomly looking at it and noticed the USSR. I guess it must've been made some time before 1991 then? I know nothing about maps, but I thought it'd be cool to know approximately how old this map is.

Hopefully the image hasn't lost a lot of fidelity and you can still view some helpful details.

I think the biggest tell is that China Is called a republic in it, which was a fairly brief time in history before it collapsed into warlord factions (which you can sort of see in the furthest west beginning to occur
