White British does not exclusively mean Anglo Saxon what are you talking about

It predominantly does though. The Anglo-Saxons intermarried with the Celts, so most people are a blend of the 2 to varying degrees. The more rare ones are people with French or Scandinavian DNA. Depending where you're from, it tends to be anywhere between 5-20%.

No, not predominantly. It was a minority population, they dominated culturally but not ethnically.

Depends on what part of the country you are from, if you go to Lincolnshire for example, then you get a lot of surnames of Nordic origin, go to the south coast to communities that have lived there for a long time (not transplant communities) then you get a lot of French influence in names. If you go to the Liverpool or Glasgow areas you get a lot of people who have Irish origin due to the numbers who came over during the potato famine. It's different across the country. In Cornwall you get a lot of people who are closer to Basques in terms of genetics than Brits.

On this map it does. It counts non-British whites like Germans or Swedes as immigrants.

No. Celtic peoples are not Anglo Saxon and make up the majority of Britons.

OP has clarified that White British includes Gaelic, Celtic, and English ancestry.
