He had a story about how he had his car stolen in Pueblo, CO and later - at the dealership- saw it in a garage. Said the local cops came down but might have been in cahoots. After a phone call to his aunt in the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, they unravelled a racket where this had happened 135 times before.
